Joining the Alliance is free. There is no membership fee and no long-term commitment required to apply or to explore a technical test.

Commercial terms overview
This page summarises how Alliance commercials work. Binding terms are always in a written partner agreement before traffic starts. Nothing here is a contract by itself.
Fee / revenue share
Any platform fee or revenue share is agreed in the partner agreement for that partner, based on traffic type, formats and markets. We do not publish a single fixed percentage for all partners.
Payouts
International partners — including Canadian companies — are typically paid by wire transfer or similar international payout rails such as Payoneer-style methods, as agreed in writing.
Timing
Net-30 from the end of the invoice period is typical language, subject to the signed agreement, thresholds and any compliance checks.
Before traffic
No production traffic until both sides confirm technical readiness, supply-chain declarations (ads.txt / sellers.json / schain) and a signed or otherwise written commercial path. Early-stage tests may use soft volume expectations while quality is reviewed.
